The Garlands/Sugarplums split 7" is now sold out
from us. Sorry! Some of the distros may still have copies of it
though, so head to
our shop for some links. It’s been an
absolute privilege for us to have been able to release a 7" by
Roger Gunnarsson and the Garlands. Roger has been one of my
all-time favourite indiepop heroes. He’s an absolute legend and
his songs make the hearts of indiepop kids around the world beat
fast. We were so honoured and thrilled that he agreed to write
those songs for ABR0004.
The Sugarplums are like one of these lovely secret
gems waiting to be discovered. They are absolutely wonderful and we
are totally love them. Look at Matt’s fab sleeve cover - it has
Blueboy written all over it! We are so proud of those two bands that
I can’t really describe how it feels. Hope you enjoyed it as much as
we did!
Many thanks for the continuous support [Christos]

ABR004! Um, yeah. Hello! So,
a few months after our last post on here, we are proud to
announce that the next Atomic Beat Records single is out. It's
the Garlands' and the Sugarplums first ever release on vinyl so
it's pretty exciting. And they adore each other too which is
cute. Woohoo!
We're really sorry it took soooo long. But we love it and we
hope you'll love it too and that it makes your 2010 a happier
place. Please visit our shop!
Also, in other news, the
Pocketbooks single (ABR002) is now completely sold out (but you
should go
buy their album, if you haven't already got it) and
there are only very few copies left of our beloved very first
release, Pete Green's Everything I Do Is Gonna Be Sparkly.
